Return Policy for Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we’re happy to assist with a return or replacement.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

Faulty Items Only: The item must have a manufacturing defect or fault that occurred before purchase.

Time Frame: Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: The item must not have been subjected to misuse, improper washing, or accidental damage after purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Reach out to us at downatthelocal@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the fault.  Our team will provide guidance on returning the item, including details on postage options.

 

Once we receive the faulty item, we’ll assess the issue and offer either:

A replacement, or A refund, if preferred.

 

Additional Notes

This policy applies to items purchased directly from us.

Items damaged through wear and tear or improper use are not covered under this policy.
